2017 Artist Workshops:

Art Critique Sessions at Riverside Art Center in Ypsilanti, MI.

April 3, 10, & 17th. Watercolor landscape Elements, 2 1/2 hour sessions at US Artquest Studio in Chelsea, MI. Instructor:  Rose Bradley. Watercolor workshop to study different elements in landscape paintings. Each week the focus is on a different element of landscape painting as follows: April 3 – rocks, fences, & farms; April 10 – water and reflections; April 17 – sunlight and shadows.  Art is a never ending learning process! It helps to get a refresher and then to practice, practice, practice!

2016 Artist Workshops:

September 12 – October 3, 2016, four days, 2 1/2 hours each day at Veo Studio in Chelsea. Instructor:  Rose Bradley. Watercolor workshop to learn/review the basics of this challenging medium.  Then have fun with techniques to help participant’s paintings go quicker, easier, and looser!

February 25 – March 19, 2014 – Dee Overly, Artist, Teacher, “WordPress – Get Started at Washtenaw Community College. This course was about building a website and blog combination using WordPress software technology.

December 7 & 8, 2012 – Vianna Szabo, Portrait and Landscape Artist, “Limited Palette Workshop” using the medium of your choice. The focus of this workshop was on using a limited palette to create paintings full of light and harmony and still life as a subject matter.

June 21-June 30, 2011 – Dee Overly, Artist, Teacher, “Building Your Artist Website Workshop” at Washtenaw Community College. May 18 – May 21, 2011 – Chelsea Center for the Arts workshop featuring Sharon Freeman, Watercolor artist, conducting a “Flower and Landscape Techniques” watercolor workshop.

May 18 – 21, 2011 – Sharon Freeman, Artist, Teacher, Watercolor Workshop: Flowers & Landscape Techniques held by the Chelsea Center for the Arts at Chelsea Comfort Inn Convention Center. Topics included: color mixing, composition, balance, floral and landscape painting techniques.   A 4-day workshop.

April 23, 2011 – Ann Arbor Women Artists workshop with Kate Kehoe teaching artists about “Selling Art On Etsy.com” workshop.

April 16, 2011 – Ann Arbor Women Artists workshop with Dee Overly teaching artists about “Submitting Digital Images for Art Exhibits” workshop. This workshop focused on teaching artists how to correctly resize digital images for submission to juried exhibits.

March 26, 2011 – Ann Arbor Women Artists Workshop – Fred Horowitz Color Workshop – 1-day – Washtenaw Community College.
